Radiology Second Opinion 路 2025

I've always been drawn to health. So when Parsa reached out with an idea for radiology second opinions, I didn't need convincing.

Someone gets an MRI, receives a report full of language they don't understand, and goes home with a PDF and a knot in their stomach. Expert.Med exists for that moment.

What made it hard was the two-sidedness. The patient is scared and non-technical.
The radiologist is a professional managing a caseload, submitting reports under deadline, tracking.

The core promise is redundancy as a feature. Up to three radiologists review your scan independently, AI runs alongside them, and the probability of a missed finding drops to near zero.

My job was making that feel like confidence to the patient, and like a worthy professional tool to the radiologist.
I worked across product design, branding, landing page, marketing materials, and Framer implementation.

The visual language needed to sit between clinical trustworthiness and approachable warmth. Not cold like a hospital. Not casual like a wellness app. Somewhere in between, for someone who really needs to trust what they're looking at.
